From a bedroom in Lahore to clients in 12 countries
In 2019, three of us were working at a mid-size agency and constantly cleaning up other people's messes — rushed code, missed deadlines, clients who didn't know what they'd paid for.
We quit within two months of each other and started ZyncSol from a co-working space in Lahore. First client was a Birmingham-based retail startup. They're still with us.
Today we're 20+ people across Pakistan and the UK. We've shipped healthcare platforms, fintech tools, enterprise ERPs, and consumer apps. We still care about the same things we cared about at the start: ship it on time, make it work, don't disappear after launch.
